Nurture Life, headquartered in the River North area of Chicago, is a subscription service that prepares wholesome, nutritious, ready-to-eat meals for babies, toddlers and kids and delivers them weekly, straight to customers’ doors. Your days will consist of…

  • Create and execute programs to improve customer experience and retention through all customer touchpoints including product acceptance, e-mail marketing, marketing and subscription sites, unboxing, referral and loyalty programs, kid incentive programs, customer experience
  • Create and drive programs to reactivate paused and suspended customers and activate dormant customers
  • Develop and execute programs to better understand customer satisfaction at all points in the customer lifecycle
  • Measure and analyze customer feedback and activity data to identify retention opportunities and make recommendations for new or improved retention programs
  • Own key retention metrics and trending and inform stakeholders of program performance and progress
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer experience, product development and production teams to continuously improve our customers’ experience with both digital and physical products

We’d love for you to have…

  • 3+ years of retention marketing, database marketing, e-commerce or related experience
  • Proven track record of analyzing customer lifecycle behaviors and data
  • Understanding of multiple retention channels and supporting technologies
  • Comfortable communicating reporting, insights and data-driven optimization strategies
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Flexibility to accept and adapt to change and shifting priorities as well as a commitment to seek continuous improvement
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
