The Head of Growth is an experienced, data-driven, and customer-obsessed marketer who owns the performance of both our digital and offline acquisition channels. This individual will be responsible for efficiently acquiring new customers by managing and scaling existing channels (e.g., social, search, influencers, and affiliate) and expanding Nurture Life’s acquisition into new, experimental channels (e.g. radio/podcasts, direct mail, sponsored content). We are looking for a growth marketer who is highly experienced in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and responsible for optimizing the customer’s acquisition journey starting with Nurture Life’s landing pages through the conversion flow. While you are relentlessly focused on optimization, testing, and data, you are also deeply passionate about our consumer and understanding their needs so that Nurture Life can reach our customers at the right time with the right message. Our ideal candidate is a passionate, growth oriented, and analytical marketing leader who can spread the word about Nurture Life through all relevant channels and grow our business.



  • Create and optimize Nurture Life’s full-funnel paid media strategy to support company revenue growth and CAC goals through effective management of our multi-million dollar performance marketing budget
  • Oversee and manage all of Nurture Life’s paid media channels (e.g,. social, search, affiliate) on a daily basis to ensure channel, campaign, and creative performance
  • Refine Nurture Life’s paid media testing, optimization, and reporting process in order to drive learning and optimization resulting in continuous marketing efficiency improvement
  • Identify KPIs and set KPI goals for all acquisition channels that can drive continuous improvement in acquisition performance
  • Leverage paid media performance data and customer insight data to ideate and help produce impactful marketing creative (e.g., static, video, copy, promotions) throughout the funnel that can be tested and optimized to drive CAC improvement
  • Lead Nurture Life’s strategic marketing channel expansion through experimentation in new marketing channels with the ultimate result of identifying new paths for Nurture Life to drive marketing spend and efficiently drive customer acquisition
  • Support Nurture Life’s conversion rate optimization strategy; collaborate with internal team members and external agency partners to create a testing roadmap and optimization plan encompassing landing pages through our registration and checkout flow
  • Lead our affiliate marketing agency in order to identify and recruit new affiliate partners and create test-and-learn marketing programs to rapidly scale our affiliate channel
  • Identify and deploy new new marketing & ad technologies that can improve attribution, drive efficiencies, and build models that predict key metrics
  • Dive deeply into Google Analytics and other business intelligence tools in order analyze, assess, and report on marketing performance
  • Create weekly revenue forecasts using KPIs and inputs from various marketing channels to provide a holistic picture of revenue
  • Deliver actionable insights by synthesizing information across online and offline channels



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field
  • 7+ years of performance marketing experience across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Bing
  • Experience scaling direct-to-consumer businesses; direct experience with subscription-based services a plus
  • Experience working in a nimble, fast paced, results-oriented start-up environment
  • Strong financial acumen and confidence to make significant spending decisions and closely managing the digital acquisition P&L
  • Strong capabilities and understanding of CPA, Attribution, Cohort analysis, and LTV
  • Experience driving meaningful conversion rate improvement through execution of robust conversion rate optimization strategies
  • Experience managing cross-channel digital attribution models across online and offline efforts
  • Committed to learning about the latest tactics in digital and mobile marketing and have a passion for testing what makes sense to test
  • Expert in Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, Pinterest Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Page Speed Insights, and website measurement tools
  • Excellent forecasting and analysis skills, with strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Be willing and able to roll up your sleeves – we’re a lean team and everyone needs to be willing to dive in
  • Strong leadership skills and helping develop our high performing team
