Who We Are Looking For…


We are looking for a passionate and relationship-driven individual to lead our in-house Influencer, PR & Affiliate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a great relationship builder able to forge strong partnerships with influencers, affiliate channel partners, and media partners. You understand the value of an integrated approach to campaigns and authentic storytelling to build brand awareness and affinity. You are a creative, entrepreneurial-minded, and analytical marketer who is passionate about identifying new channels to drive growth. This Inflencer, PR & Affiliate Marketing Associate will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work on a progressive marketing team passionate about creating the very best meals for kids.

Your days will consist of…

  • Leading the execution and strategy in scaling a national influencer marketing program that maps back to business goals like customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness
  • Leading talent and influencer ideation, outreach, negotiation, engagement and management
  • Managing influencer calendar, budget, and forecasting process, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Compiling deliverables post-campaign with results recap and summary, and determine how to proceed with influencers and/or campaigns, renewing or discontinuing partnerships as warranted
  • Managing and optimizing Nurture Life’s affiliate marketing program to drive revenue growth through top affiliate networks; rack and analyze performance, using results to determine how to proceed with affiliates and/or campaigns
  • Building and executing Nurture Life’s earned media strategy by creating, managing, and updating public relations calendar, in collaboration with cross-functional team
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media players, developing creative pitch angles that lead to coverage

We would love for you to have…

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or other related discipline required
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, public relations
  • Solid experience negotiating and closing influencer and partnership contracts; a deal maker
  • Experience with talent management companies
  • Experience working with affiliate networks such as ShareASale and Impact Radius
  • Strong project management skills and highly detail-oriented; can prioritize and manage a high volume of work with multiple, competing priorities
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our influencers, talent management companies, brand partners, affiliates and publishers
  • Creativity, curiosity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of analytics, reporting and data management tools (Google Analytics) with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work with APIs and monitor/manipulate data feeds
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement and results-driven
  • Proven ability to work independently and in team settings
  • Strong interest and knowledge of pop culture and the celebrity/brand landscape
