    How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your subscription sign in, go to Accounts, scroll to the bottom and in the cancelation section, select the Click Here link to initiate your cancelation. You can also cancel your subscription by contacting customer experience at support@nurturelife.com or 877.988.8851. If you do not want to receive your next order, cancellations must be made before your order cutoff date and time. If your cancellation occurs after the cutoff, you will still receive your confirmed order as your final order and be responsible for the charges associated with the order.

     

    Alternatively, you can pause your subscription for up to one year. Your subscription will automatically resume on the date you set and we will send you an email reminding you of your next order cutoff date and time and delivery.
