Egg Bite with Mini Pancakes & Sweet Potatoes
You can serve up a wholesome breakfast any time of day with this trio of brunch-inspired favorites. A savory prosciutto and gruyere egg bite complements the natural sweetness of roasted maple-glazed sweet potatoes, with an adorable (and thoughtfully portioned) stack of mini whole wheat pancakes on the side.
Veggie Ragout Pasta with Fresh Mozzarella
We’ve taken classic Italian flavors and given them a surprisingly nutritious, fiber-filled twist. Not only does our ragout boast nine different veggies, but the red sauce also has lentils smoothly blended in! Combined with twisty spiral pasta and bite-sized rounds of fresh mozzarella, this meal is familiar yet creative.
Chicken & Vegetable Dumplings with Edamame
This isn’t your typical takeout meal! Baked instead of fried, these little dumplings are filled with chicken, tofu, cabbage and leek for a delightful mix of protein and veggies in every bite. Whether they use chopsticks, forks or fingers, kids love munching on the bright edamame on the side.
Lamb & Beef Meatballs with Asparagus & Potatoes

Balanced and Creative Baby Stage 3 Finger Foods
It’s never too early to start building a healthy palate and openness to new foods, and our Stage 3 baby meals have been crafted with that principle in mind. We’ve mindfully chosen every ingredient to ensure thoughtful balance, properly sized bites and a soft texture, perfect for little mouths learning to mash and tiny fingers learning to grasp.
Salmon Cake, English Pea & Potato
Fish may not be considered the most kid-friendly, but we’re up for the challenge! Our mini salmon cakes are seasoned with mustard, dill and lemon for just the right amount of zest. To keep things familiar for your little one, we pair our fish with two baby favorites: organic potatoes and peas.
Beef Meatloaf, Broccoli & Butternut Squash
Classic comfort food is perfectly finger-sized with this tricolor delight of beef meatloaf, broccoli and butternut squash. Balancing naturally sweet and warmly savory, this colorful dish offers a variety of flavors and textures for your little one to explore.
Egg Bite, Sausage & Sweet Potato
Two sources of protein, sous vide egg bites and Italian sausage, will fuel your baby’s active body and mind—no matter whether it’s served for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Cubed sweet potatoes on the side offer a smooth, pleasing texture and hint of natural sweetness.
It’s traditional Italian soup that doesn’t need a spoon! Carrots, white beans and ditalini pasta are tossed into a familiar-tasting tomato sauce. With butternut squashed smoothly blended in, our delicious sauce offers a hidden pop of fiber and nutrients.

There’s more to Nurture Life than meal delivery for kids and babies. Parents are an important part of mealtime, too! If you want a convenient meal that satisfies the adults as well as the kids, add a Family Meal to any order.
We offer both main dishes and side dishes, giving you the flexibility you need when there’s no time for meal prep. For example, you can round out a homemade dinner with a nutritious side of Maple Glazed Heirloom Carrots…or you can take the night off by ordering a full feast of Grilled Chicken Au Jus with Roasted Yukon Gold & Sweet Potatoes. Our Family Meals are crafted for balanced nutrition, so you can feel good about sharing with your kids, too.
