About this meal

We stuff blueberry fruit spread and sunflower seed butter between two slices of whole wheat bread for a delicious all-natural sandwich bursting with blueberry goodness and the familiarity of a childhood favorite. Made with real fruit, our blueberry chia filling makes our Super Sammies naturally sweet! Plus, there’s 67% less added sugar than the leading crustless sandwich, so you can feel great with every tasty bite.

Serving Instructions

  • Room Temperature Serving:Keep Super Sammies stored in the freezer until you’re ready to eat one! Thaw them for 30-60 minutes at room temperature before serving. Once thawed, eat within 8–10 hours.
  • Toaster:Super Sammies are also great when toasted! Allow the sandwich to thaw to room temperature before toasting. On most conventional toasters, try toasting for 1-2 minutes for a nice light browning with a warm and gooey center. Please test the temperature of the filling before serving.
  • Shelf Life:Please reference the enjoy by date printed on the packaging.

We do not recommend microwaving Super Sammies.
